| As you may or may not know, we were looking for a house in Howell during the spring and summer. We recently decided that we could meet all our objectives in moving by just staying where we are so we are not moving and no longer looking.
However, we had such a wonderful experience with our real estate agent that we want to recommend her if you are in need of an agent. She acted as our buyer's agent (the one that works for you if you are looking) as well as giving us a thorough market analysis of our own home.
Colleen was very prompt in getting back with us whenever we had an inquiry, she set up a program to send us emails with the houses that met our criteria, and not only that, but sent notes on ones she thought we would especially like based on what we told her (e.g., we wanted wood floors, so she would point that out), she also told us about for-sale-by-owner homes that might interest us. She was never pushy and let us determine the pace for looking, but was always ready to help us with whatever we needed.
She is a member of St. Agnes parish.
